Forbidden Fitness Secrets is used by legendary Japanese “Shadow Warriors” to reinforce Joints, Ligaments And Tendons to an almost Supernatural Breaking Point.
Now, even someone who is super-stiff, immobile, and out of shape can, in just a few short hours, know more about becoming ‘near-invincible’ in the gym than most athletes, weightlifters and strength coaches do… and do it in the fastest way possible!

But there are some hiking trails out in the world that require a bit more finesse and concentration. We’ve all heard a phrase like “Beer before Liquor, Never been Sicker,” but is it true? Today Ryan dives into this extremely common phrase to see if there’s any scientific basis behind it. Could millions of drinkers actually be wrong?

Would you try a beer that claims to be good for just after your workout? Dr. Travis Stork shares that there is some evidence that beer can be a good post-workout drink, but he also cautions against working out just for an excuse to drink alcohol. He shares he would drink water after a workout and that sports drinks and performance drinks often contain sugar and other unhealthy ingredients.

Welcome to Tassie and the beautiful Tasman National Park!
The Three Capes walking track is apparently 48km and is typically walked from Port Arthur to Fortescue Bay over 4 days. There are fantastic facilities on this walk with modern huts and incredibly well maintained trail and lookout points. The official trail is described as being the three capes track experience not simply a walk and I believe it really would be just that – a wonderful experience and highly accessible and achievable!
In this video I invite you to join me on the ‘Free Capes’ track alternate and explore the area in a different and more budget friendly way making the track possible even if you’ve missed out on a pass but where hoping to still get out on trail.
** Please note if you are walking the ‘free capes’ you will need your own transport and a Tasmania National Parks Pass. I’d highly encourage anyone thinking of walking the Three Capes to go for it and have no doubt the cost of the track passes go back into funding the incredible huts and maintenance of this experience. I decided to walk quite last minute and simply wasn’t able to get a track pass at the time but wanted to make the most of exploring the area (:
